The "Corporate Sustainability MA Training Program," jointly launched by YouLuDi Sustainability, CSRone, Sustaihub, and Fanyong Business Consulting, successfully completed its first Youth Sustainability Planner Training Class on December 28, 2024. On graduation day, in addition to the ceremony, a mini job fair was held to provide career transition opportunities for trainees.

This eight-week program received support from five major enterprises: Shin Kong Security, Cathay Financial Holdings, Sinyi Realty, Epson Taiwan, and TCI Co., Ltd. A total of 44 young trainees participated in the course and obtained Youth Sustainability Planner Certification, becoming new forces in corporate sustainable development.

The trainees came from 19 universities and colleges across Taiwan, spanning 30 departments covering business administration, humanities, environment, science and engineering, and also included Indonesian international students, demonstrating the diversity and internationalization of youth entering the sustainability field. This program not only deepened industry-academia collaboration but also cultivated outstanding cross-disciplinary professionals for future sustainable development.

From Classroom to Real Combat: Comprehensive Enhancement of Practical Sustainability Skills

The "Corporate Sustainability MA Training Program" breaks through traditional course models, adopting a teaching approach that equally emphasizes theory and practice, comprehensively enhancing trainees' sustainability application capabilities. The curriculum covers diverse aspects of popular sustainable development topics, closely integrating learning with practical application through the following features:

  1. Equal Emphasis on Theory and Practice:
In addition to foundational knowledge courses, practical exercise workshops are set up, enabling trainees to transform learned knowledge into practical skills applied to case analysis and problem-solving.
  2. Corporate Proposal Practice:
The curriculum includes corporate challenges and trainee proposal sessions. Trainees combine course content with their own disciplinary expertise to provide innovative and feasible solutions for corporate sustainable operations. Under professional consultant guidance, proposals are more aligned with practical needs and have received high recognition from enterprises. Some innovative solutions have already entered the internal discussion stage for implementation.
  3. Cross-Domain Co-Learning and Perspective Expansion:
Trainees from different backgrounds transcend their original disciplinary thinking through cross-domain collaboration, analyzing problems from a more comprehensive perspective and proposing solutions, promoting team innovation and academic integration.
  4. Practical Experience and Career Preparation:
This program combines systematic learning, resource support, practical exercises, and proposal presentations, enabling trainees to accumulate valuable practical experience before entering the workplace, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and laying a solid sustainability foundation and practical skills for career development.

This program not only strengthens trainees' understanding and practical capabilities on sustainability issues but also promotes industry-academia collaboration, helping enterprises discover young talent and achieving two-way value creation between theory and practice.

Graduation Ceremony and Mini Job Fair: Building a Bridge for Two-Way Connection

The "Corporate Sustainability MA Training Program" graduation ceremony was grandly held on December 28, 2024, with senior executives from the five major enterprises specially invited to serve as oral examination committee members for trainees and offer words of encouragement. The executives encouraged trainees to uphold their original intention of participating in sustainability, maintain firm beliefs, stay curious about new knowledge, and continue learning and growing.

The mini job fair held simultaneously that day provided a cross-level, cross-generational communication platform for trainees and enterprises.

  • Enterprise Sharing: The five major enterprises introduced their culture, vision and philosophy, and job openings, helping trainees gain deeper understanding of corporate core values and explore career development directions.
  • Trainee Interaction: Trainees showcased creative thinking and engaged in in-depth dialogue with enterprise representatives. Both sides sparked innovative perspectives and practical possibilities in their exchanges on sustainability issues.

Food & Beverage ESG Promotion Association Partners with Sustaihub: Building Practical ISO 14064 Carbon Inventory Skills to Help Food Industry Create Their Own Inventory from Scratch

As consumers pay more attention to "green dining" and supply chains impose stricter ESG requirements, "sustainability" is no longer just an attractive slogan—it has become a survival issue that the food and beverage industry must face. However, on the road to transformation, working together is better than going it alone. This time, the Food & Beverage ESG Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") partnered with Sustaihub to transform this belief into concrete "data" and "competitiveness." On November 20 and 27, 2025, they invited professional instructors to conduct two ISO 14064-1 carbon inventory practical training sessions for Association members. This was not just a lecture, but a crucial step in helping SMEs in the food industry move from "wanting to do it" to "knowing how to do it," while fulfilling the Association's founding mission: "Every food and beverage brand can create long-term value for the environment, society, and business through sustainable actions."
