You can turn it off at any time from “Analytics and privacy settings” in the footer; once it is off, the site stops sending analytics events and removes analytics cookies. Email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses you enter in forms on this site may be hashed in your browser with SHA-256 (a one-way hash) by Google's code before being sent to Google for site analytics and ad performance measurement; the original data is not sent. If you turn off both analytics and marketing, the site does not load Google's code and this data is not sent. See the Google Analytics privacy policy.
• Google Ads – an advertising service provided by Google, used to measure visits and form submissions that come from ads. When marketing cookies are on, Google stores an ad click identifier (such as _gcl_aw) in your browser for up to 90 days. When marketing cookies are on, Google's code may hash the email address, phone number, or postal address you enter in a form with SHA-256 (a one-way hash) in your browser and send it to Google to match ad performance; the original data is not sent. After you turn marketing off, the site stops sending advertising data and removes these cookies. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI ad measurement – provided by OpenAI and used to measure visits and trial requests that come from ChatGPT ads. It loads only on the landing page dedicated to ChatGPT ads and only when marketing cookies are on, and it sends two kinds of events: page views and trial request submissions. OpenAI stores two cookies in your browser: __oppref for up to 30 days and __obref for up to 365 days. When you submit a request, OpenAI's code may hash the email address you enter with SHA-256 (a one-way hash) in your browser and send it to match ad performance; the original email address is not sent. After you turn marketing off, the site stops sending this data and removes both cookies. Please refer to the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
• Google OAuth 2.0 – This website uses the Google OAuth 2.0 API to allow you to log in to this website and use various membership services after passing the Google account verification. We obtain your name, email, birthday, gender and other personal information with your consent. Sustaihub Ltd. will not store your password. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Use of Cookies

To provide you with the best possible service, Sustaihub Ltd. places and accesses cookies on your computer. If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can configure your browser's privacy settings to a higher level to block cookies. However, doing so may result in certain website functions not operating properly.

Website analytics is on by default. You can turn it off at any time from “Analytics and privacy settings” in the footer.

The default for marketing cookies depends on where you are: for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland they are off by default and are enabled only after you turn them on yourself; for visitors in other regions (including Taiwan) they are on by default. Marketing cookies are used to measure visits and form submissions from Google ads and ChatGPT ads, and for Microsoft Clarity session analysis. You can turn marketing off at any time from “Analytics and privacy settings” in the footer; the site then stops sending advertising data and removes marketing cookies.

When you use AI Report Check, we set a random browser identifier used only by ReportCheck to link uploads, check results, and follow-up requests from the same browser, and to help detect repeated requests. The cookie is kept for up to 180 days. The database stores only a one-way hashed identifier, not the original cookie value.

If you reach our website through an ad, newsletter, or partner link, we store the source, campaign, and ad click identifier in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days. When you later submit a contact, trial, or AI Report Check form, this source information is recorded with that request so we can tell which promotion it came from. After we review the request, we may report the ad click identifier to Google Ads to measure ad performance. If you turn off both analytics and marketing, we will not store this data in cookies; if you turn off marketing only, we will not store ad click identifiers in cookies. If you arrive through a URL containing an ad click identifier (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) and submit a contact, consulting, trial, or Syber application form during this visit, the identifier will be recorded with that request, without being written to cookies, and used only to report that request to Google Ads to measure ad performance. We do not use this data to create a device fingerprint.

When you register for a webinar, we record the promotion source and campaign code in the registration URL to understand which promotion the registration came from; when marketing cookies are on, we also record the ad click identifier from the past 90 days.

We do not use Canvas, fonts, or WebGL to create a device fingerprint, and we do not use this identifier to claim that we have identified a specific person or to track across devices. You can clear the cookie in your browser at any time. After it is cleared, the browser is treated as new, and you can continue using AI Report Check.

8. Deletion of Sustaihub Ltd. Website Account Data

Please go to Contact Us to request account deletion. Once an administrator receives and confirms your request, they will help remove your account. Please note that once your account is removed, your original data cannot be restored.

9. Revisions to the Privacy Policy

Sustaihub Ltd.’s Privacy Policy may be amended as necessary to address evolving requirements. Any revised terms will be published on the website. In the event of significant changes to the policy, we will notify you via the application and/or other communication methods.
